What building an app with me looks like

Apps are quoted per project, because a booking app and a fintech app are not the same job. What does not change: you get a fixed price and a delivery date in writing before you pay anything, and half the money is due only at the end.

Who you would be working with

I'm Adesh. I have been building software professionally since January 2025 and I lead product engineering at a fintech company — so this is not something I learned from tutorials last month.

I have written a Flutter package that other developers around the world install in their own apps. It scored 120 out of 130 on pub.dev, which most developers never publish at all. If you want to know whether I can actually write code, that is the place to look.

I work on my own, which means you talk to the person building your project rather than an account manager. It also means I take a limited number of jobs at a time and will tell you honestly if yours is not a good fit for me.

Questions people ask before paying

How do I know you will not disappear?

You pay half at the start and half only when the work is live, so you are never far out of pocket. My apps are on Google Play under my own name, my code is public on GitHub, and my LinkedIn has my real employment history. Everything is checkable before you send a rupee.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, photos, and the text you want on the site. If you do not have those, I will write a first draft and you correct it. Most people underestimate this part — it is usually what slows a project down, not the building.

Can you do it cheaper?

No, but I can do less for less. If ₹11,999 is more than you want to spend, tell me what matters most and I will scope something smaller. I would rather build three pages properly than ten badly.

My app was built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit and it keeps breaking.

Common, and usually fixable without starting over. The breakages are nearly always in the same three places: login that was never properly built, a database left open to anyone, or payments that look connected but are not. Send me access and I will tell you which one it is, free, within a day.

You are in India and I am not. Does that work?

Yes. My hours overlap the UK, Europe, the Gulf and Australia comfortably, and I keep evening hours for US clients. You can install my apps and read my code before committing to anything, which is more than most agencies offer.

Who owns the work?

You do, completely, from the first day. The code sits in your repository and your accounts. If you stop working with me you take everything with you and any other developer can pick it up.
